A deposit will be non-refundable but may be converted as a store credit if the appointment is rescheduled/canceled prior to two business days before your scheduled appointment.
Any cancellations or changes made within two business days of your appointment time will result in us retaining your deposit as per our cancellation policy terms and conditions.
A deposit must be made to secure the booking of the procedure.
FEES AND TRANSACTION
All fees are non-refundable.
All fees must be paid prior to the start of the first session of your procedure unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation Policy
Call or text our office number at (714) 853-2762 two business days before the appointment time. Please call or text our office by Saturday to cancel and reschedule for Tuesday appointments.
If cancellation or rescheduling notification was given within two business days after your scheduled appointment, Alcler Medspa will reserve the right to retain the non-refundable $50 deduction.
Treatment Packages
Our Treatment Packages expire after 12 months and are not redeemable after this time. They are not redeemable for cash under any circumstance, are non-refundable, and are non-transferable to third parties.
Products
Our products are regularly checked for expiration dates. Most products are suitable for all skin types and needs; feel free to ask us for recommendations for your specific needs.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind for product purchases.
PERSONAL ITEMS
Please note that we are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. We kindly ask you to keep your items secure. Thank you for your understanding.
Gift Certification
There is a 12-month validity period for the vouchers following purchase, and cannot be redeemed after this time.
They are not redeemable for cash under any circumstance, are non-refundable, and are not permitted to be resold to a third party.
Gift Certificates may be used on any service or product.
They must be presented at the time of treatment to be valid – we cannot honor lost or stolen vouchers.
Children in Clinic
We love children, and we hope you understand that for their safety and the experience of other guests, children, and babies are permitted to accompany you to your appointment but may not be permitted to join you in your treatment room due to their safety concerns. We are happy to provide your children with a space in our lobby, but we will not be liable for their safety.
